Veterans helping veterans and the houston community

Comprehensive support for veterans that can be trusted - 'For God and Country'.

Our The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization.

Locally, we support numerous programs that has a direct impact on improving the lives of our fellow veterans and their families.

Within the Houston community, we serve a wide range of people both military and civilian, young and old, employed and jobless, settled and homeless. Every relationship is valued greatly and each person is treated with dignity and respect.
